I can use much of this training in my professional work. I may not use horses there, but I do coach people on a daily basis. I am constantly serving a need by encouraging, supporting and creating a work environment where my employees can learn and grow in their practice.
I also have to work with students and families who are struggling. The EAC certification process is easily adapted to my daily responsibilities of serving all stakeholders within a school district.
I appreciated the opportunity to meet and learn from new people. I have gained much personally and professionally through this training and I am very appreciative of this opportunity!Dr. Louise Blankenheim, Ed. D.
“I got a boost of confidence and assurance from the Business Essential’s Training. It was a very realistic course with tips, ideas, and knowledge that I can use right now and in the future. I really appreciate the straight-forwardness of the course. So many times in these “business” courses, topics are vague and I am left with little clarity. With this course, the topics were applicable and I also got to hear, first hand, from someone who is living, operating, and thriving as an equine assisted coach.
Pam is so generous with her knowledge; it is really a blessing. And she also shares her mistakes and what worked and did not work for her. I can use everything I learned in this course and apply it to my coaching practice right now. Pam is also really good at the “reality checks” – forewarning that something might feel uncomfortable or foreign. And reassuring us that it is part of the process. She is also great at answering questions and encouraging students to keep on going and work through the “foreign” aspects of the process. -Vanessa Malo-Kurzinski Foundations Farm
“Through this journey I have GROWN both personally and professionally. This work is so powerful. It is hard to put into words just how life changing this work can be. I hope that I can provide my clients with the amazing takeaways I have experienced for myself. When I began this journey, I thought that it was all about a “new or next chapter” in my professional life. Who knew that the takeaways would be so far reaching! I feel that because of this experience, I am a better counselor, coach, wife, mother, employer, and friend. I feel like I have changed in ways I could have never imagined.
The onsite activities provided many opportunities for exploration and helped to center and focus. I have gained insight and perspective that will assist me in partnering with my clients to both create and maintain positive change. The at home practice with clients provided me an opportunity to determine both my ideal client and topics that I most enjoy working with. Oh, the things I have learned and the places it will take me! That which we focus on grows, well…now MY LIFE, has my ATTENTION. Thanks for everything Pam!” -CRR

How did the Business Essential’s training help you, change your life or business?
“I cannot say enough about my inward journey to discover and connect with my why. In finding my why, I am finding myself and what matters most to me. A renewed appreciation for the value of my herd in my life and my clients’ process. I found my voice to put my work out into the world. I was like a young filly thoroughbred approaching one of her life’s numerous gates at the race track. She knew she could run, as she ran with all her heart. And, she always created amazing results with her speed and her ability to finish. And, yet the gate was her nemesis. She couldn’t figure it out, it scared her. It was tight and she felt boxed in.
I wanted to do equine assisted coaching more than anything else, but I was stuck at the business gate. Pam is an experienced, gentle, wise and effective handler of the insights, materials and delivery. With her gentle accountability and her willingness to share her journey, she helped me not only approach my “gate” but encouraged me on my journey with my work.” -Jennifer Kaplan
“OMG. Worth every penny and then some! Pam lays out a step-by-step plan for setting up all of the foundation pieces of an equine assisted coaching business, making it easy. She also offers invaluable support for facing all of the places we hold ourselves back, for continuing on when we get discouraged, for coming back to our purpose. After just 6 weeks, I have all of my business set-up in place, including business formation, insurance, waivers, a marketing plan and pricing strategy. I’m looking forward to starting my equine assisted coach training and starting my work. Thank you for this essential training, Pam!” Chantal Fidanza Unicorn Mesa, LLC
