I was on my way home after dropping my daughter off at school, and had to slow down the car. It was one of those Canadian geese, I realized it was not going to pull over, it was hogging the road. He or she kept zigzagging slowly down the middle of the road, as if in a daze. Was he or she looking for it’s mate? Did he or she loose it’s flight pattern? Was he or she just going for it’s morning stroll? Just kept on waddling down the road. (Male and female geese have same markings, to differentiate listen to their calls, male is a low “honk” and female is a “hink” noise.
I had to help, being an animal lover, not wanting the goose to get hit by a vehicle. So I stopped my car, walked slowly up to the Mr. or Ms. who just kept on waddling. This goose did not want to leave the road, it said “honk honk, I’m staying” which meant I had to move faster. Then the goose matches my energy of movement and still would not leave the road, as if it was saying “I’m not leaving this road.” So I created more energy of movement toward the goose with it taking flight and finally leaving the road.
