Spot Light Chat with Amy Olson, Certified Equine Assisted Coach

June 29, 2018 by Pam Kachelmeier Leave a Comment

This past April at the Midwest Horse Fair in Madison, WI I ran into Amy Olson. A 2015 certified student of my Become an Equine Assisted Coach Training Program. At first sight, I was not sure if it was her or not.  I’ll explain…

I’m walking outside among many vendors and see this beautiful woman with long blond hair and a gold colored blouse walking toward me, inviting me toward her.  At first, I’m having thoughts of who is this person, who could this be?

And then as we get closer to each other, I realized it’s Amy.  I almost couldn’t believe my eyes, as her whole persona changed. What happened?  She’s seems so much happier, healthier, lively, and radiated a beautiful energy, both inside and out.

What I saw and felt was a huge life transformation, there was something different and intriguing, how did this huge positive change come about?

I invite you to listen to my informal chat with Amy as she talks about her journey and reconnecting with her authentic self. Below are 5 take-a-way tips from our conversation. I know I say the word “YA” a lot, it was just one those mornings where I was more in my body, and less in my brain.

Thank you Amy for all of your gifts, contributions, and support to those you serve! And thank you beautiful horses, and smaller critters, Amy’s partners and pets!
